What is a Chemical Peel?
For Chemical Peel treatments, your Aesthetic Doctor applies a chemical solution to the surface of the skin, removing its outer layers.
The amount of skin removed depends on the type of peel and strength of solution used, which your doctor controls based on your needs and desired outcome.
The natural process triggered by Chemical Peel treatment, known as exfoliation, sheds the surface layers of dead and damaged skin. Uncovering softer, smoother skin that looks and feels younger.

Which types of Chemical Peel do 2Glow offer?
There are three types of Chemical Peel treatment provided by 2Glow: Light, Medium, and Deep.
The strength of chemical solution used, and thereby amount of skin shed, increases with each.
Light and Medium peels are common treatments with minimal downtime.
A Deep peel is reserved for more severe conditions and entails greater preparation and downtime.
2Glow only work with the highest quality, medial-grade solutions, such as TCA and PRXT33.
During your consultation at 2Glow, a doctor will carefully assess your needs to determine which type of peel and solution is right for you.

What can I expect at my Chemical Peel consultation?
Your Aesthetic Doctor will discuss your needs and expectations with you, to ensure your suitability for treatment and allow the doctor to understand which form of treatment is right for you.
Your current aesthetic condition will then be assessed, and an individual treatment plan created.
A convenient date for your treatment can then be scheduled and an Aftercare plan developed with you, so you can feel confident in how to maintain your new look.
